A very popular name among the young fraternity members, Shailesh currently holds the prestigious position of Secretary of Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAL Shailesh was Treasurer of Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI (Year2023-24). He is an active Managing Committee Member of the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also Trustee with various Social and Educational trusts and actively devoted towards social causes.

Mr. Akash Dosi is Co-founder partner at Lakhankiya & Dosi LLP. A Chartered Accountant since 2013, he is also an Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Registered Valuer for Asset Class Securities & Financial Assets (SFA).

He is responsible for Strategic Growth Initiatives & Its implementation, Building relationships with key stakeholders and Quality control in Service delivery.

He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. In addition to the advisory role, Akash is also acting as virtual CFO of various MSME’s entities across Gujarat.

Being registered members of IBBI, Akash leads the valuation vertical of firm. Akash has an expertise in Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets which includes various Financial Instruments like shares, securities and other complex financial instruments. He provide a comprehensive valuation

He is expert in handling of scrutiny cases in direct as well as indirect tax for various corporate clients and individuals.
