A very popular name among the young fraternity members, Shailesh currently holds the prestigious position of Secretary of Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAL Shailesh was Treasurer of Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI (Year2023-24). He is an active Managing Committee Member of the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also Trustee with various Social and Educational trusts and actively devoted towards social causes.

In his 13 Years of practice, He has acquired rich experience in the areas of corporate advisory, Risk Assessment & Attestation function, Direct Tax litigation, and advisory, He is also leading the KPO division of the firm and providing Account, Finance and Tax related services across the Globe. Mr. Akash Dosi is Co-founder partner at Lakhankiya & Dosi LLP. A Chartered Accountant since 2013, he is also an Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Registered Valuer for Asset Class Securities & Financial Assets (SFA).

He is responsible for Strategic Growth Initiatives & Its implementation, Building relationships with key stakeholders and Quality control in Service delivery.

He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. In addition to the advisory role, Akash is also acting as virtual CFO of various MSME’s entities across Gujarat.

Being registered members of IBBI, Akash leads the valuation vertical of firm. Akash has an expertise in Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets which includes various Financial Instruments like shares, securities and other complex financial instruments. He provide a comprehensive valuation

Mr Darvin Pipalia is a partner at Lakhankiya & Dosi LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant with over five years of experience in field of banking and financial services with a focus on tax advisory, tax audits and direct tax litigations.

He provides end-to-end consultancy services handling day-to-day issues, representation and Litigations for her clients.

He is expert in handling of scrutiny cases in direct as well as indirect tax for various corporate clients and individuals. He has successfully led a team of tax experts in conducting a comprehensive tax audit and directing organizations in the matters of domestic and international taxation. Having worked with organizations from different industries, he has accumulated diverse experience. His key area of focus lies in taxation.

Miss. Maitri Brahmbhatt, a young and dynamic Chartered Accountant has joined the firm in the year 2019 and has played an Instrumental role in the firm's growth ever since. Being a continues knowledge seeker, making her an insatiable reader, she is also pursuing her further studies in Law to strengthens her litigation skills.

Maitri lead firm's Indirect Tax practice. She has vast experience in Consulting and Litigation and has advised several Indian & Multinational Corporates with Turnover of more than 1000 Cr.. Maitri's experience into providing strategic solutions and advisory towards complex GST compliances to some of the mostreputed Indian Corporates & MNC's across India. Her vast experience extends to a meticulous and disciplined approach towards conducting transaction structuring, Reviews on GST Due Diligences, Litigation support services towards GST.

Maitri is also providing advisory and compliance related services to 50+ Farmer Producer Organizations(Farmer Producer Companies & Co-Operative Societies) formed and operating in 7 states of India. Mr. Vivek Barvaliya, is a partner at Lakhankiya & Dosi LLP. He has completed his Bachelor's in Commerce in the field of Accounting and is aqualified Chartered Accountant and has undergone a specialized course on Information System Audit (ISA). With over four years of experience in the field of Income Tax and Goods and Service Tax, Vivek brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Currently, he heads the Operations for the Offshore Accounts department in the company and is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of bookkeeping services.

With his extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, Vivek is able to guide clients through complex financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
